I went with Dollar's Lock Low & Go special offer which was for a Mid-size or larger car for the a low price. When I took possesion of this car they would only offer me an economy sized car, and if I wanted to upgrade to a full sized car it would have cost me over double what I was qouted online at the time of my reservation. Upon trying to discuss the problem with Dollar's customer service I realized that they did not care one bit about what I had to say, and only referred me back to the location of where I rented the car from and told me to talk to the manager when I return car. Typical passing of the buck in the corporate world. Make no mistake about it, I'll spend the few extra dollars next time and go with a proven company like Enterprise where I've had no problem. Shame on me for trying to save a few bucks.... there is always a catch! :(
