many hidden fees, read the fine print, Customer service is sub-par, Dirty Vehicles, Takes forever

Dollar Rent A Car —
Visiting Las Vegas 10/03/08 we got a package deal through Southwest Airlines that included Dollar car rental, we usually use Hertz with no problems. I thought one car rental was as good as another, wrong. We arrived at the people corral to see nine vacant computer terminals at the counter and only two employees ,for literally 75 waiting customers, the two remaining employees worked very slowly ,as if in a contest to do the least to complete the rentals. After three hours of standing in line we got our Hundai this transaction was on a Friday I'm sure they should staff more customer service reps. I dreaded the return ,I was not disappointed, pulling into the return line Dollar rentals was the only company with a line of 100 cars to return I counted them as we waited for one lonely employee to come down the line to check milage, the line was so long it blocked the parking garage traffic flow . Yes it was now columbus day weekend but the other car companies had no trouble or extensive lines. I'm sure many people missed their flights as this process took over one hour and we had rented a GPS which had to be returned at the main car rental desk in a different location ,again a long line with to few employees, Never again will I rent from Dollar
