Dollar Rent A Car Review

We rented a car in from the Dollar Rent a Car in Tulsa Oklahoma at the airport. The first car we had was dirty inside and out, the windshield was chipped and the two a few days the car needed an oil change, the tires needed air and the best of it all the brakes kept slipping when trying to stop.  When you call the toll free number do not even give you a chance to explain they immediately tell you to call roadside assistance.  When you do call roadside assistance you are told you concerns have been noted and that is it. We took the car back to the airport and was given another vehicle and when we got to that vehicle the car reeked of cigarette smoke and the passenger seat was heavily soiled because someone spilled a drink in it and no one attempted to clean it up and the driver seat had cigarettes burns in it. Go back to the rental counter go through the whole process again and given another car. Opened it up again reeked of cigarettes, this time the dashboard was covered in ash, and the all the seats were heavily stained. Walked back to the rental counter again and finally I was given a car that was decent enough to rent.
