When I think of Dole, I think of pineapples. Really, does anyone else grow and sell pineapples? If they do, then I've not seen them. — I used to hedge on buying whole pineapples, because they are big and spiny. The shells really aren't are wicked as they look, so I'd buy a pineapple from time to time. — After I started using my electric knife to prepare my pineapple, I started buying them more often. I love to buy fresh fruit at the store, and Dole pineapples have never let me down.  This is the perfect fruit for summertime refreshment, but it is great to have anytime it is in season.  The only bad part about this fruit is all the work you have to go into coring it to get to the delicious fruit inside.  Each piece of pineapple is so high in flavor, you will swear that it was just picked moments ago.  What makes this fruit high quality is that you can smell the sweetness of the fruit before you even peel it.  The pineapple has a little tart flavor and just the… read full review »
