I love fresh fruit but I'm often not in the mood to cut up an orange or a peach. And what about those days when I want a variety of fruits? I rarely have the time to make an entire fruit salad. This is where a Dole Fruit Bowl can save the day! Within seconds, I can be eating delicious fresh peaches, mandarin oranges, pineapple or even a mix of various fruits!

Convenience
Each packaged comes with four fruit bowls of the same flavor. I try to space it out so that I don't eat them every day so they usually last me a week. The clear plastic bowl is sealed tight so there is no worry of leaking...

I love these Dole Fruit Bowls for lunch or a great addition to a light dinner or dessert. Each bowl is the perfect size container which I love because it is easy to control your fruit portions and all the work of cutting up the produce is already done. Each bowl is sealed tightly which makes it perfect for lunches as well as a snack on the go.
