 My older dog has a heart murmer and has only a year or so left so the vet tells me.  I found this item on the web and I feel with this in addition to her heart meds she is doing so much better.  she is at times very frisky and even at her low times she does pretty well.  I keep 3 bags at home and order more when i get down to 1 bag.  I just give her 2 a day but sometimes 4.  My other dog <a younger one> loves them too but I just give her one now and then.
