I don't care what city you live in or near, we have all heard the loud music coming from other vehicles. A lot of times it is Rap or Hip Hop and filled with vulgarities including the infamous "N" word. It just seems it is okay for some to utter the word and taboo for others. What happened to equality? Dog the Bounty Hunter was recently taken off A&E due to a private conversation between Dog and his son, Tucker. Myself, like many other fans are upset that something stupid like an ignorant comment could cause one of our favorite shows to go off air!! Why is it a favorite show, you ask?? Well, first off....I think Dog sends a good message out to young kids. You do crime and do drugs, you're going to jail. Although has made a comment that people consider to be racists we need to stop and think we as black people use that word with out even thinking. I feel that if we stop using the word as if it was nothing the word would lose it's power. All this hoopla about what was said we really don't know what had been going on in the pass with himself, Tucker, and his girlfriend in the past. Let me second what the other reviewers have said. Dog the Bounty Hunter losing his show because he used the N word in a private conversation is political correctness run amok. Chris Rock has a great routine in which he uses the N word perceptively and repeatedly. I loved the show and never missed one. The conversation between Dog and his so called son was a private one. That boy and his wife set Dog up!! What kind of a son would turn on his father like that. Dog had nothing but good things to say about all his children. It was all about that almighty dollar!! His son was broke and needed money. Love the Dog!!

Bring back the Dog. Great show, great personality and sincerity. We need more men like him to bring criminals to justice. Using the "N" word or any other "language" we personally may deem inappropriate does not make him a horrible person. I also love the way he speaks to the people he brings in off the streets. He doesn't just treat them as throw aways, but let's them know that they can control their own lives and do the right thing in life. Was great and liked to watch it till the "problem" happened. I know people make mistakes thing is you have to be even more carefull in the when your in the public eye. I think it is really stupid that they took off a great show for freedom of speech. He is a hard working devoted father that is an upstanding person in his community and for something like this to happen is just a shame. I think if he is going to be punished for freedom of speech this way then half of the people in the whole us should be. A lot of people including some "high up on the chain" people have voiced racial and other remarks about many others and were not given but a small slap on the wrist. What a sad day for reality TV when Dog 's show gets pulled. The conversation between his son and himself should have been just that. Did the son REALLY sell the blurb to the papers or is that just aline ? Whatever the case ....it should have been handled between father and son. What about all these movies that use the N word or drop the F bomb like changing shoes? I loved this series. I can't believe that because he made a comment they pulled him off. Seriously now. Come on. Let's see, how do you know that that particular person didn't deserve to be called a name. Perhaps she was a really awful person. We don't know. Obviously his son was to do that to him. Personally I think Dog has been a great roll model that you don't do drugs you follow the law, I could see there being an issue if he was shooting up heroine or doing ice and got caught or was robbing stores, but he isn't. I feel the Dog has been punished enough. It is okay for rap singers and others to use the "N" word so why should the Dog be singled out? It is a real double standard. I don't like the word and don't use it myself; but, I feel it was a slip of the tongue. Dog and his family do so many good things for people and the kids of Hawaii. He shows so much compassion and caring for the people that is bonded out by DaKine Bail. I have read his book and am blown away by how he has turned his life around. Im so pissed that this show is not on the air any more talk about bad for bissnes I thought to make a show a sucsess you needed people to watch the show , well so many pepole love this show that it never shoud have gotten took off air .
