Pros

    Saving a dog's life is the greatest, seeing the look in their eyes, The love you can share with them, Volunteering there is very rewarding, Helping a dog that has no where to go

Our family has a small shelter. I know we all have opinions, but I hear this ALOT, I tried to adopt from....... I really think if we would open up alittle and understand that because someone isn't exactly like us, DOESN'T mean they won't provide a wonderful home. We could place many more animals and help many more in shelters if we concentrate on altering them and have fewer adoption rules. Or at least more practical ones.
