Dog Breed Jack Russell Terrier Review

Don't believe the stereotypes, there is such a thing as a calm Jack Russell Terrier.  I own two of them and have bred them for 7 years, all of my Jacks are calm, well bred, wonderful family dogs.  If you take the time to research the breed and breeders, visit the home of the breeder before you buy and take the time to train your puppy, you will find that the Jack Russell can be the perfect pet.  They are smart, easy to train, have a LOT of personality and can be taught to be good around kids, cats, and even pet rats and mice.  They are high energy pets, they need time outside to be exercised regularly, but they also like to sit in your lap and watch television and sleep under the covers with you.  If you find a Jack, you find a friend for life, a partner in crime, a furry blanket.  Be ready for personality plus, but with a Jack, your life will never be dull or boring.

Whatever you do - NEVER buy a dog from a pet store or puppy mill, be sure your breeder offers a health guarantee and lets you come visit the puppies and parents!!!! Protect yourself and your puppy!
