We had never even considered an aussie until I saw an ad in the paper for the right price.  I must say that we could not have ended up with a better dog.

my boyfriend and I have a 2 year old Australian Shepherd named Sadie and we love her to death. She is smart and beautiful and sweet. There is nothing that she wouldnt do for us. We bought her from a breeder online and had her shipped to us. She was just over 10 weeks old and she has been great since the day we got her. She was easy to potty train and listens to everything very well. She didnt get very big, she is only about 45 pounds. I love my Australian Shep mix.  He is a great provider but does in fact have a lot of energy.  He is 5 years old now and is not even close to slowing down.

My only concern is we are expecting our first grand child and he has never been around children so I hope all works out.
