I purchased my Dogde Neon in 2004. It was completely unexpected when my previous car died and I was not prepared for the expense of a new car. I looked around and this car fit all my needs: its reliable, dependable, and it was within my budget. It doesn't have a lot of fancy options but I don't need those and was not interested in paying for them. I've never had any problems with this car at all other than general maintenance and upkeep. I put my cars through a lot so I know I can rely on it. It made it to Canada and back with me, 3 other people, and camping gear for 2 weeks! I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who does not want to spend lots and lots of money on a car but has to have something you can depend on. It's been great.
