Most Helpful2008 Dodge Grand Caravan
Recently, our lease was up on our Dodge Durango and Chrysler announced the end of the lease option. Since we like to lease our vehicles, we were at a scramble to get in before the deadline.
After the fuel increase, we were looking for a vehicle that would be easier on gas (our...

How did we go without dual-sliding doors and a built-in entertainment system for so long? With two small children, these seem like must-have features nowadays.
Our kids love our new 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. They like to push the buttons to automatically close their doors and are excited that they have their own windows that open. I like that the driver can lock the function that allows the back passenger windows to open so that the little...
read full review »We got a Dodge Grand Caravan in January shortly after our second daughter was born. We just could not fit two kids in carseats, two dogs and the two of us in the Jeep all the time. I never wanted to have a minivan, but this thing has made a believer out of me!!!! I love the dual sliding doors and the swiveling second row seats. They are great for when the two year old gets antsy on a long trip. I can sit in the back seat and have her facing me--that way I can give her snacks, play with toys with her, etc. And the storage bins and cubbies are everywhere!!! Yeah. My hubby likes it...
read full review »This is a GREAT vehicle. We purchased a sunburst orange 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in March 2008. This was the best deal that we could find on a vehicle for our family that had everything we wanted. The windows and locks are power, which is a great convience. The back doors are on both sides so kids do not have to fight over who gets in first, which is always nice and any mom knows that. The rear hatch is great. The back windows pop out automattically or can be done manually from the back. The back door's windows roll down which is great. The side doors and the rear hatch will open...

If you are interested in purchasing one let me give you this one thing of advise, DO NOT get the "Swivel and go". We looked at this model and let me tell you, there is no room what so ever when you turn those seats around and put the table up. But getting back to the "Stow and Go" model...I am curently getting 19 MPG in the city. If you have small children this is the van for you. The side doors and back gate are all automatic by the touch...

We have had it for about 5 months now. And I have to say that it's the best vehicle that I have ever owned. We have so much room. I can go from the front of the van to the back while the van is moving if I have to. I can even sit in the back with the kids and have room myself. I have the stow and go in my van and that is another very convenient thing. If I ever need more room it's quick and easy to put the seats down. We are getting ready to take...

Within 3 months of having it, so many things are going wrong with it but the most annoying are these noises that the van makes. There is a squeeking in what sounds like the AC unit, a whistling in the drivers door and just a loud ride. The icing on the cake is that of course, when taking it to the dealer, they can't re-create the noises.
Lastly, the automatic doors sometimes start to close but retract (for no reason) when you...
read full review »We recently traded in our 1999 Grandcaravan for the new 2008 and I must say I absolutely love this van! I never knew what it was like to drive with peace and quiet with all 4 of my kids in the van until we got this van. It can equipt with the best entertainment system ever. Each of them puts on their headsets and opens the screens and we are off. My son is even able to plug in his handheld games and play them on the TVs in the van. There are so many wonder features on this van! If you are in the market for a new van I would highly recomend checking out this van!
