Dodge Durango - 2004 Reviews

We bought this vehicle used this year and got the Limited edition with the DVD player, heated leather seats, Hemi and all the other toys. I absolutely love it. It is a very good looking SUV and super comfortable. The Hemi of course endears it to my husband and I have to say I don't mind it either! It gets surprisingly good gas mileage and handles very well in the snow (AWD with 2 different 4wd settings also). We have all ready taken a long drive from NY to FLA in it and found it to be the perfect traveller. And I love all the nice extras that we can get in a used vehicle for a fraction of the cost....

I have had a few vehicles in my life and my 2004 Dodge Durango is my absolute favorite. I went car shopping a few times just to see what was out there, and nothing came close to my Durango. At one time I had 4 kids and 2 were still in car seats.  Having the 3rd row seating solved this problem. We put the two older kids in the back and the younger once in the second row.  I love it when I have the third row seat empty because then I can fit all the kids bikes or any large items in the back without a problem. I have never had an issue with storage nor heard any complaints from the back seat passengers...

I bought my Dodge Durango SLT new in 2004 and only recently traded it with my husband for a new Jeep Commander. The Durango got better gas mileage and had a smoother ride. I had no problems with it in the 5 years I drove it and felt very safe transporting my children in it. The ride is quiet and so smooth that I had to really watch my speed; you don't feel like you are driving fast at all. My husband is now driving it and loves it. This is a great vehicle and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a large SUV
