I have been waiting two days for them to look at my truck and approve a rental so I can get back to work. How hard is it to look at a transmission and say yes it is stuck in gear, yes it does need to be worked on, yes I do need to call the warranty company and have them approve a rental? I am about to loose my job b/c my truck is sitting in the back of the parking lot when I was told that it would be a couple of hours to get it approved by the warranty company.
