dodge van is great- but the service is lousy

Dodge Caravan - 2006 —
I bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan in lincoln Ne - new with only 3 miles on it. I live 50 miles away so am not always sure when I can make it to Lincoln for service like an oil change. Dodge service won't take walk ins, you need to make an appt in advance and there is rarely an appt available on the weekend. right next door is the chevy service center where I had a chev cavilier and was alway able to just drive in on a sat morning and they would service it. they were busy too, but would always fit me in with a smile and let me know how long it might be. I tried that with the dodge (this is the same place I bought the van from) and they pretty much yelled at me for not making an appt and were down right rude. yet while sitting there watching them, there weren't anyone else there, and they were standing around. not impressed at all. I complained about it and never got a response.
