Always fast and friendly doctors without feeling rushed

Like most people these days I had to choose a doctor by looking at a long list of names and locations that were on my companies insurance plan. Nothing like choosing a doctor based on whether you like their name. At any rate a friend at work went to Dr Kelly and mentioned that she liked him and his staff. He was fairly close to where I lived at the time so I decided he would be the lucky one.

When I originally became a patient he was at a location in Suwanee and has since moved to a larger location in Duluth. Even though this move meant it would be a farther drive for me I decided to stay a patient based on the service I had received so far. I have to be honest and say that in the 8 or 9 years I have been with this office I have only seen Doctor Kelly a few times. In those few times he was friendly and had a good bedside manner. The majority of all my other visits have been with Physicians Assistant Wrencher. She is always friendly and like doctor Kelly she has a great 'bedside' manner, always seems concerned and knowledgable in what she is doing.

I am sure we have all been to doctors where we feel like the doctor is in a hurry to get to the next person. Nothing like feeling you're 15 minute appointment time is up after you have waited 30 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. I have never felt rushed when seeing either doctor and I have never waited for over 15 minutes once I have signed in. Bottom line is as long as they continue to provide the same type service as I have gotten over the years I will continue to be a patient and would recommend them to others.
