The Diva Cup is a reusable, medical grade silicone cup used as an alternative to tampons and menstrual pads. Good for ten years or more, it's incredibly economical. Insertion and removal can take some time to master, but after a few cycles with the Diva Cup, most women have no problems emptying their... review »

I am trying to reduce my carbon footprint when ever I can. I like the idea of a more natural feminine care product and the Diva Cup fits that bill. I have used natural tampons, but that is still creating waste. The Diva Cup does not create any waste, as such is respectful of the environment. My only...

I'm so grateful that I learned about the Diva Cup on a womanly message board.  I'd never heard of it and I am in my mid 30's!  Why didn't they tell us about this in school?  And why isn't it available on the shelves at every store and advertised on TV?

The Diva Cup doesn't advertise and it must be mail-ordered.  I wish they could get a big name sponsor and get the word out so more women could find out about it.  But then of course the quality would likely go down, with mass merchandising, and the price would go up.  I enjoy being part of an elite group.

The Diva is not for everyone; but they...

I decided to give the Diva Cup a try to avoid the high cost and inconvenience of using pads and tampons, and also to avoid filling the landfills with them regularly. I also needed an alternative so that I could still go swimming during that time of the month. I have read people say that there is a learning curve to using the Diva Cup, and I can't say I agree or disagree. The concept is simple enough, and once you get the hang of it, inserting doesn't take very long. It also doesn't take long to clean and replace it. I am still reluctant to leave it in too long before emptying and replacing it,...

OMG the Diva Cup is the greatest invention ever (for women). After 13 years of using uncomfortable pads and expensive tampons, I have finally found something that is affordable, comfortable, and easy to use. It has been around for a long time, I just never knew it. I was at a really great health store by my house called Utopian Marketplace in Montague, Michigan, when I first seen it. It is ecomomical. You only need one verses hundreds of the other. It will save you money. I figured out that my savings after only a year will be over two hundred dollars by using the Diva Cup. Women put billions of...

This little invention is amazing.  It amazes me that women even still use tampons.  It is a handy silicone cup which fits snugly in your vagina and collects up to an ounce of menstrual fluid at a time.  Empty it once or twice a day, reinsert and you are good to go.  I have never had any problems inserting or removing, and I have had this one for about 4 years!  It cost me about $30 i think -- just do the math..I've saved a TON over tampons and pads.  And I feel really good about all the potential waste I prevented.  Plus no exposure to bleach or other toxic chemicals.  I just can't say... review »
