The Diva Cup is a reusable, medical grade silicone cup used as an alternative to tampons and menstrual pads. Good for ten years or more, it's incredibly economical. Insertion and removal can take some time to master, but after a few cycles with the Diva Cup, most women have no problems emptying their cups.

I've had my Diva Cup for almost 2.5 years and it's been the greatest thing ever. I often forget I even have my period.
