I've wanted to watch this movie for awhile now, but, somehow I missed it when it was first released on DVD. I was flipping through the channels today and came upon it on HBO. Immediately I was engrossed in it.
It starts out so innocent and nice, a nice father/son moment, but, it soon turns tragic with one of the most intense car accident scenes I've ever seen. It takes off from there.
I was absolutely taken in by this movie. It really makes you wonder what goes on behind those closed doors of your neighbors. I mean, when you think about it, would you really want your neighbors to see what goes on behind YOUR closed doors!
I absolutely love the actor Shia Labeouf. He is so talented and believable as an actor, he makes you feel as though you are there, experiencing it with him. The relationship he has with Ashley, played by the beautiful Sarah Roemer is sexy and enticing as well as sweet and innocent (yeah, I know, those things don't really go together, but, what can I say?). The "bad guy", Robert Turner, played by David Morse, was so creepy! He plays such a good "bad guy"!!
The movie was intense and exciting and scary and funny, all at the same time. I loved it! i hated to see it end.
Well, gonna go get my binoculars now and watch some reality TV....until next time....;)

Defiantly! The teen will love it, and I'm betting you will too!

This sounds like a good movie. I heard about it but never saw it. I will have to look around for it!
