Disturbed Review

When I think of the band Disturbed, I reflect back to the very first time I heard them. It was the 2002 Superbowl Night, and I had the television station Fuse on in the living room while the whole family was watching the game out on the back patio. Someone had asked me to go run inside and get them something to drink. When I walked into the kitchen, I heard the most beautiful voice drifting in from the living room, When I got to the television, I saw the groupI would religiously listen to for the next ten years (and longer, I know). I dropped to my knees and wept in joy. They still have the same effect on me today. When you listen to all of their albums, each has their own beautiful quality. Album 1: The Sickness- It is so obviously their first. The sound is so raw and energetic. Its impossible not to love. 2: Believe- that was the sound of my 8th grade summer, theres so much passion in that one 3: 10,000 Fist- the sound has grown so much, they are really skilled artist by this point 4: Indestructible- what a lovely compilation, all that passion, skill, and angst rolled into on cd
