Anything connected with the name Disney will be very well done and this is no exception. Stayed at Disney All Star Resort. It was inexpensive for a Disney Resort hotel but for the price was not worth it. Room was very small and not very clean. You had to walk a mile to get to the food court to get a drink..which by the way was always super crowded. Pool was not that big for amount of people... read full review »

A great way to see Disney on a budget.

We have made two sojourns to the land of the Value Resorts at Walt Disney World Resorts. I admit that the first time was purely to appease the children and to give the allusion that I am not a resort snob.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this resort. Maybe it was just anticipation for the Deluxe Resort to follow or seeing the All-Star Movies Resort through my children's eyes. Either way I made the reservations for our second stay willingly and I confess that the kids weren't with us for that stay.

Disney All Star Resorts delivered a great "value" hotel room. The decor was cute and in typical Disney Style. The rooms were clean and offered minimal ammenities such as clean towels, room service, hairdryer, and cable.

The grounds were always clean. The pool was one of our favorite locations at the hotel. It was a fantasia theme. (They also have a "quiet" pool with the Mighty Ducks theme.) Mickey stands on a huge boulder shooting water into the pool...very cool.

We stayed at this resort hotel this past summer. For the price we paid, you could not have asked for more. My son had so much fun in all the themed pools and the movie themed items throughout the property. The rooms were always in tip top shape, and the maids go out of their way to help you if you need anything. (If you leave a tip, the maids will do a little something special for your little ones in the room, eg: folding blankets or towels into animals) I loved the fact that it had the restaurants so we could get a quick bite to eat and the gift shop just incase you forgot something...

I have been to Disney World five times. Four of those five times we've stayed at the All Star Movies and we love it. If you have children it is the best price and the cutest place to be. I don't know why anyone would pay a higher price for places that aren't as geared to children as the All Star Movies, Sports and Music. I was fifty years old the first time I went and I thought I was staying in Toyland. Disney does everything right. The food courts have some good food for reasonable prices. We have stayed at all of the value resorts on property numerous times. We like this one best. It is the only truly "Disney themed" hotel. The place is decorated with Disney classics. The rooms are clean.

This is a non smoking resort, but we had a neighbor who decided to smoke in her room and it stunk up ours. The front desk send up an air purifier...

Fun pools and a great atmosphere!

This is a great hotel to stay at on site, and on budget! I personally prefer Pop Century as far as value resorts go, but if it is booked this is the way to go! Great pool, and a family atmosphere! This is a great resort if you have kiddos.. bright colors, and fun times! Save money, stay value, you will never be in your room!

The room at the all star movie motel at Disney World was clean and adequate. It was not too large but there were only 2 of us so it wasn't too crowded. It might have been a little cramped for 4 people. It would have been nice if there had been a working exhaust fan in the tub/shower. When either of us took a shower it was like a sauna in the room. It was nice to have a safe in the room so you could put money or valuables in it and not have to take them to the park or leave them in the room. Disney provided a great stay for kids and affordable for parents. The pool area is excellent with a bar near by for parents. Arcade is also near the pool. Disney buses run all day/night long. Its a great way to get to the parks. If you want a rental car, expect to pay a premium $70 per night. This is for the real small car. If you rent a car at the airport its $18 per day. The room was not very clean. The dust build up in the safe was at least 1/2 inch thick. I used a zip lock first then put in the safe. What we appreciated most was the convenience of busses to and back from the parks. the other convenience was the easy check in service of the luggage at the hotel so we could enjoy the rest of the day without being concerned what to do with the luggage after checking out of the room for the day. All the staff were very helpful in answering all concerns.

The Disney All Star Resort was very nice. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. The elevator was close to the room. The room had a desk area with two chairs and there was also a safe in the room for valuables. The location was very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom.

This was simply great. If the moderate resorts are so good, I guess I dont care to pay top $$$ for the higher end disney resorts. Lets put it this way, you will not be dissapointed. This is kid friendly, the transportation to the parks are great, food options at the court are just fine...and best of all .. the price are right.
