My family absolutely loved Wall-E! The main character, a robot named Wall-E, has endearing human qualities that make children love watching as he cares for Eve, a new-age robot that Wall-E meets and falls for. The movie also has a great message for adults on caring for the earth and how all-consuming our electronic gadgets can become - so consuming that in the movie the humans are completely reliant on these gadgets for every aspect of their lives. THE WHOLE FAMILY WILL ENJOY THIS ONE, it's absolutely hilarious, one of the best series of children/family animated movies ever. It's a must to add to your collection. Just plain excellent fun.
Finding Nemo
I loved finding Nemo. It is great for kids and adults. It has an intriguing plot line that is easy to follow and interesting at the same time. Lots of "kids" movies this day are just ADD throwbacks, but Nemo has good themes. I usually can't sit through children's movies or television anymore, but Nemo is a movie I could watch again and again.
The characters are great. Ellen DeGeneres as Dory was perfect. She is great as the short term memory deficient blue fish. I laugh every time I see this movie. I cry at the first part so I tend to just skip the first scene on the DVD. I would...
