UP (3D Version)

UP (3D Version)
watching chick flicks, an infrequent movie goer, fun loving, a comedy fan

Unsure what "UP' was about, I entered the movie theater with some doubt I would like it. I thought the movie was just about a man living in the air. I was definitely wrong! "UP' is a beautiful movie about love, life, and adventure. The life lessons intertwined in each scene are a must-see for every child and adult. I laughed and cried and left the movie theater inspired.

I saw the movie in 3-D because it was advertised as a must. The 3-D element did not add that much to the movie. I would have not wasted the few extra dollars if I would have known this. The 3-D did add depth to the sky scenes....

What's funny is as I'm writing this, I am actually watching Tinkerbell with my 4 year old daughter. The classic film Peter Pan is one of my very favorite Disney movies. I also knowing more about a character that I love. The story basically tells you about all the fairies of Neverland, and it takes place before she even meets Peter Pan. Oh it's just so magical. The music is pretty good too! Oh and there are just some funny characters that my daughter and I are always laughing about.

The Incredibles

This is another Disney hit. The Incredibles is definitely a movie for kids but adults will definitely enjoy it as well. It is about a family of superheroes who live a double life as their came a period when the society said that they didn't need superheroes. These superheroes then went on to live ordinary lives but one man missed the glory days and he does everything he can to stay in the action. (Listening to police radios and saving buildings that are on fire.) His actions eventually get him and his family into trouble as their is a group of villains who are trying to destroy all the superheroes....

Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo was a fantastic movie. It's a great movie to watch over and over again and it really emphasizes a lot of things you want your child to learn such as embracing their unique qualities. It's a movie that addresses concerns that children may be having such as the fact that they may be different from others and this movie really brings to light, the fact that everyone is special in their own unique way. It is a mixture of comedy and slight tragedy. It's easy to relate to the characters like Nemo who wants to be treated as an adult fish and Dory who wants to have friends, despite her disabilities....

**Spoiler ALERT!!!**

Up is soooo adorable! I  love this movie so much. This little boy who never talks falls in love with exploring and meets a little girl who shares the same passion. They have many adventures and fall in love. It shows them over the years getting married and making great memories and then it shows them being very old and her dieing. This is very sad and the whole first part of the movie makes me cryyyy :(( But it's sooo cute! His house is in the middle of a construction zone and he will not sell. One day something happens and the old man ends up hurting another person and has...
