Disney Pixar Cars, Lightning McQueen Toddler Bed Review

For my youngest son's first birthday we decided it would be best to get him a toddler bed. So my mom bought him the Disney Pixar Cars Lightning McQueen bed. It was cute and looked like the right bed for him.

So after the birthday party I decided to put it together. I couldn't wait! My little boy was going to be in a big boy bed. When I took it out of the box it seemed to be a cute and well made bed. The headboard had a few Cars characters and it had a sturdy steel frame and there were two bed rails. The bed rails can be removed so the bed grows with your child.

Once I started to read the directions and put the bed apart something became apparent. This was a cheaply made bed. NONE of the screws fit in the pre-drilled holes. I tried and tried to force the screws in, nothing worked. I was upset. The next day I returned it to the store. It is a cute bed and looks sturdy but I will never find out. I ordered a cheaper, better quality, and much cuter bed than this one. I don't recommend the Disney Pixar Cars, Lightning McQueen Bed. This is a poor excuse for a bed.
