Disney Movie Club Review

This company is average for collecting movies. The customer service is a problem. I had several DVDs I had to return because I didn't order them. I informed the company that I had not received my monthly notice. They responded by telling me they always send notices. I also had an order that I canceled before submitting that I received anyway. They charge for returns that are their mistake. They follow the philosophy " the customer is NEVER right".
