Disney Movie Club —
During my membership with Disney Movie Club I was offered a free movie with the referral of a friend. I managed to recruit two of my friends in joining the club. After many calls requesting my two free movies I was told they didn't have anything on file. Each time they took the membership numbers of my friends and the movies I wanted but never sent them. It also became difficult to cancel the feature selection and when you return the DVD they send nasty letters requesting you not return the DVD's.
