We've been on 2 Disney Cruises and going on our 3rd next month.  They are just great.  There is always so much to do or you can do nothing.    I like the 'doing nothing' part.  I go and sit at Quiet Cove Pool-the adults only pool-with a drink with an umbrella in my hand and bask in the sun.  There is nothing better than that.   All the cast members are so great and helpful.  Room service is great too!!!!  It's just so nice to sit in your room or on your verandah and eat while watching the ocean sail away.  We always have a catagory 7 state room so we have a verandah.  We'll pay the extra so we can watch the world go by.

The food on the ship is never ending.  There is always some place open to go get something to eat.  The restaurants at night were great.  The waitstaff is wonderful.  So much so that when my parents go they ask for the same ones over and over again.  We are going to be trying Paolo on this cruise coming up.  Paolo is the restaurant for adults.  You have to be over 18 to get in.  I just can't say enough about the food.  It's there, plentiful and great.  There are always so many choices.

The activities on board are good for adults at night.  There are 60s 70s an 80s nights.  Bingo.  Dancing in to the late hours of the evening.  It's just great.  It's also good to go sit on the comfy chairs on deck 4 and watch the world sail by.

At times I get a little seasick and feel a little nauseous.  At those times I retreat to deck 4 and sit out on the comfy chairs.  It's always better to get some air outside than sitting in your room.  You'll feel worse sitting in your room.  I do take dramimine and ginger capsules before I go.  It does help.  Keep in mind I do get motion sickness pretty much anywhere.  I never wanted to go on a cruise because I was afraid of being out on the open water.  Then my husband convinced me to go so we did and I LOVE IT!!!!  If you start to feel sick you just go sit outside and not think about it.  We do always get a room in the middle of the ship and try to get deck 7.  That way you are right above the stabilizers in the ship and you don't feel any motion.  You can feel the ship sway if you are in the back, especially for the first night's dinner at Parrot Cay.  It gets better.  I also use 'sea bands' that put pressure on your wrists and relieve the sea sickness feeling.

Okay, now the stops.  Nassau is boring and we usually stay on the ship because we don't Nassau, we've been there so many times.  Castaway Cay is great.  The best place I've ever been.  There is so much to do and so much not to do.  The first time we were there we did nothing, but lay in hammocks on Serenity Bay (adults only beach) and lay on floats in the water.  We ate lunch at Serenity Bay the first time and the last time we went to the main beach and ate at Cooke's BBQ.  The food was alot better there than on Serenity Bay.  We also went bike riding the last time and it was fun.  We also snorkel on the family beach and then bring our snorkel gear over to Serenity Bay and use it there too.  It's just so nice there and so relaxing.  It really is paradise.

So in closing.  It's fun and you can eat alot and never run out of things to do!!!!!
