Disney Cruise Line - Magic —
Disney has certainly kept its status up! The Disney Cruiseline is one of the most devoted and marvelous cruiselines out there. From the hardworking staff (I think the bathrooms are cleaned literally every 15 minutes!), kind castmembers, and of course friendly characters, the Disney Cruiseline has kept the Disney name alive. The Disney cruiseline is fit for families and couples alike. There are equal number of activities for both parents, children, and families. The free "Day care" (Children hang out place where parents can drop their kids off in the hands of responsible castmembers and enjoy their vacation....alone) service will leave your kids wanting to go back for more. I went on a cruise right before Christmas with my family. The ship was decked out in holiday decorations and we got to do Christmas themed things like make gingerbread houses and hear a story from Mrs. Claus herself. You can watch Disney movies in a real movie theater (including National Treasure 2 the day it was released to the public and Enchanted), see Broadway style shows, and even fireworks (Disney is the only cruiseline allowed to shoot them but only 7 day cruisers can see them). There are 3 pools (A family, kids pool with slide, and adult only pool) as well. The food is fabulous, you can pretty much eat at whatever hour you like (yes even at 2 am). From the decadent restaurants with GREAT wait staff, fabulous buffets, poolside counter-service (serves ice cream, fruit, sandwiches, hot dogs and burgers, pizza, fries, and then some) and room-service, this place will never leave you hungry. I highly recommend this for any family as you know you are safe in Disney's hands. Also, every cruise stops at Disney's private Island, Castaway Cay, where you can snorkel, ride water bikes, bike ride, swim with sting rays (of course they won't hurt you), and...see the Pirates of The Caribbean Flying Dutchman! There is so much to say when reviewing this wonderful cruiseline, all I can do is give you the bare minimal of its perks, try it for yourself and you won't be sorry or disappointed. Don't believe the rumors that it is only for kids, for it is NOT!!! There is SO MUCH to do for every age group.
