I have been a customer of DirectTV since 2003 and don't have any problems with their service or with their programming. I switched to Dish TV network because I discovered that I can get all the channels I watch for $20 less per month. The installer was prompt in arriving and very nice while he was here. He was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable in the product. The quality of the picture is as good as Direct TV was so I have no problems with that. Since I am now retired and on a fixed income, the $20 less per month seemed like a good idea!
