I have had Dish for a while now. It is okay, but not the greatest. The equipment can't be changed if there are new ones in the market. They do not offer extra stuff after you signed with them. Usually new customers get the best stuff available and we, the old ones, are left with the out-of-style equipment. I know, it used to be new and shiny, but once in a while it would be great to hear a "guess what?" from Dish and tell me that I am getting an update on equipment for being loyal for say, 2 years now! Long shot, but who knows?
In the long run, Dish is good. Good reception, good channels for the kids, etc. I'd recommend it if you have the extra money to pay for it, but remember premium channels are not that great after the first month...you hardly have time to watch them!

You are SO right! I can not believe that DISH does not support their LOYAL customers at all. Our equipment is so old that it is frustrating. We would love to have a bonus of some sort after all these years! So glad we are not the only ones to feel that way.
