    GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT TECH. SUPPORT, EASY TO USE, better than cable, Costs less than cable, excellent dvr service, LOTS OF CHANNELS

Cons
    can lose signal in high wind and rain

I haven't tried another sat provider, so can't compare, but love them compared to three previous cable companies over two states
