I have been a customer of dishnetwork for about 3 months. Customer-no-service is a 1 hour wait. Company is definitely not customer service oriented. I already regret dealing with this company. Since the 18 month agreement I signed is completely one sided, I am stuck with them for 15 more months. They have shown me they feel NO obligations under the agreement to provide service as advertised.
We were hoping to improve our TV viewing over cable. Cable was much better than dishnetwork.com The one positive is that we now watch much less TV.
