EASY TO USE, excellent dvr service, LOTS OF CHANNELS

Billing & tech support are hard to reach, Bad weather not good for the dish, can lose signal in high wind and rain, IT CAN COST AS MUCH AS CABLE, Start off low price then goes up, crappy customer service

We needed service on our satellite dish and called for an appointment. We had to wait over two weeks for an appointment, and were told the technician would arrive anywhere from 9am - 5pm. My husband took off work, and the technician never showed up. We called and were told the technician got held up on another job and they would send someone out that coming Saturday. We happened to be having guests that day, but agreed, since we didn't want to wait another 2 weeks. The Saturday the techician came, he had to call his office from his cell phone while he was working on our service. My guests, my husband & I were at the dinner table eating, drinking and laughing. The technician had the nerve to tell us to be quiet because he couldn't hear on the phone!
