I would like to give Dish Network LESS than one star

not rich, on the go all the time, married, wine lover, appreciate nice things, Frequent Diner, eating out weekly, into trying new things

Cons
    Billing & tech support are hard to reach, dishonest with customers, can lose signal in high wind and rain, Bad weather not good for the dish, crappy customer service, IT CAN COST AS MUCH AS CABLE, Start off low price then goes up

Dish network — 

Our experience with Dish Network has been one of constantly having to call and speak with people at Dish.  When there is a problem a screen flashes on the tv telling you that Dish is having a problem and not to call them.  After several days of having the same screen flash on of course we called.  They now tell us that we did not purchase the package that includes repairs---what the screen tells us it is their problem and not even to call.  I will not bore you with the series of calls, but they will admit to nothing.  Finally a repair person comes and spends 3 hours fixing the problem.  The repair person tells us Dish will never admit to a problem on their end.  We do not feel this company is honest with their customers.  We are going back to cable.
