Contract if you lease equipment, crappy customer service, Billing & tech support are hard to reach, Bad weather not good for the dish, can lose signal in high wind and rain, IT CAN COST AS MUCH AS CABLE, KEEP A ANTENNA HANDY FOR STORMS

Had this service for 3 years. We lost service everytime the wind changed. It was nerve racking to be watching something and the service go out on you. The service was very expensive too. When I called them out, it took more than a week and then I had to pay for it.
