Dish network —

Okay, this product "Dish Network" isn't the worst satelite provider.  However, it is also NOT the best.  I had used this product for over 8 years, and while it did provide me with my satelite telivison requirements, it did not do anything above average to help.  I also need to mention that I had many problems with service outages in my area.  I live in rural new hampshire.  I expected the signal to be lost while it was raining heavily, but the signal was also lost due to high winds, and I DO NOT live on a mountain, and also from heavy snow.  I am not speaking about the large amount of snow built up on the receiver, but also due to heavy snow flakes.  I continually had a check switch problem that drove both me and my husband crazy.  Every time the signal would be lost and we lost reception, due to a "check switch" problem, I had to call a technician to come out, each time that cost me on average $30, when that happens 6 times a year, it becomes expensive.  Every technician would give us a different reason for the outage, and each would have a different remedy.  I should also mention that we never had the same technician twice.  Ridiculous. We finally got feed up with not only the service, but also the price, their packages just kept increasing in price.  Much happier with my current provider, Directv.
