I have been a Dish Network user for approximately 7 years. The customer service people are wonderful. They are kind, knowledgable, and make me feel as if I am a valuable customer. They have many options for paying your bill, including an online bill pay. The picture is great. They are regularly upgrading channel selection, and improving thier service. They offer great TV viewing packages at a reasonable price and offer a moving service. the staff at Dish Network truly know and pay attention to the needs of their customers. A grand example was the services provided by Dish Network just after hurricane Katrina. They saw a need and acted quickly to make access available to the storm stricken areas. I feel that any company who is willing to go the extra mile is quite deserving of a favorable review. Yes there are some issues with reception during storms. But it has never lasted long. It usually occurrs when cloud cover is exceptionally heavy and the signal is blocked or when there happens to be a driving snow storm. I would recommend this company to anyone.
