Discover - Discover Review

Discover card has great online/website features.  Its very easy to access and work through.  It offers the ability to work on your budget and calculate when the bill will be paid if if you change different variables.  It gives you advice on financial planning. It doesn't charge fees to make online payments either. It also has great customer service, each time I've called in, they have been cooperative, very pleasant and efficient.  They really seem to go above and beyond to provide great customer service.  The main drawback that I have seen is that the interest rate is not good at all.  Other credit cards give much better interest rates.  I have also recently experienced an increase and a change in terms of the rate with no justification besides the economy.  I had never been late paying the credit card and have had no changes in my financial status, so there should have been no changes in terms.
