Discovercard is bad

I paid my Discover bill online from 2 different checking accounts on the same day.  Discover sent both payment requests to the same bank even though I had specified different bank routings.  It seems after much frustration that I find out that we can pay only one payment at a time.  We have to wait until the first bank clears before submitting the second payment.  I had printed statements that show 2 different days of posting but they still sent it to the wrong bank 3 times which also created overdrafts in my account.  We discovered the first mistake shortly after submitting and called Discovercard.  We tried to pay the bill by phone and they refused to take it.  After 2 very frustrating phone calls today they still refuse to work with us to clear this up.  They did credit one overdraft payment to my account but refuse to do anything about the second one.  The discovercard manager representative said that although my payment printout clearly shows two different bank routing numbers that they cannot handle such payments with their computer system.  It doesn't know how to work it.  I say it is more than the computer system.  It is the people who wrote the program and the management who continues to allow this flaw to take place.  I am certain that I am not the only one who has had this problem.  My discovercard will no longer be used.  I am very disappointed with their response and lack of accepting responsibility for letting this type of problem occur.
