Discover card will pay you cash back for any amount you put on your card each month. They place your cashback in an account that you can allow to grow, or cash out each month in twenty dollar increments. You may also use your cash back bonus to purchase gift cards, or even donate to charity.They also give you the opportunity to sign up for five percent  additional cash back opportunities each quarter. The cash back opportunities for this quarter are gas, hotels, and theme parks. The fourth quarter will be grocery stores, restaurants, and movies. As you can see, the cash back is on things that you already purchase each day anyway. They also give you the chance to shop Discover and get five to twenty percent on every day purchases on over a hundred top online retailers. I use many of the online retailers anyway, so this is just a great extra bonus. My husband and i use our cashback bonus every year to take a vacation up to see my family in another state. Discover is the only card I use, and I use it for every day things. It does pay to Discover.
