Great customer service but watch out for those fees

I have a ton of credit card and have had a ton more. I have about 15 now, and have had about 50 in the past (because I am addicted to balance transfers, moving money back & forth between 0% APR intro rates). I never pay any interest and have never had any disputes with credit card companies, so I don't know how Discover Card reps are when they are trying to collect money from you. I just know that they always seems to answer the phone quickly, they are courteous, and put out good balance transfer deals. However, I still carry two Discover Cards for three reasons. One, I use it at supermarkets like Safeway and get $50 cash back that is not treated like a cash advance so it saves me a trip to the ATM. Second, they offer promotional 5% cash back deals occasionally on gas or movies or clothes or other random stores. Third, if you don't use the card for a while (say 6+ months), Discover will offer an incentive to use it like $1 for each of your next 20 purchases or $10 for your next three purchases.
