Every day computer user
Pros

    Good card, protects unusal activity, Great incentives, Ease of use, Can choose from a ton of card images, cash back, Good security department, cash back can be used to pay bill.

Cons
    not accepted everywhere

I always get to speak to a customer service person who actually speaks English and is in the United States.  This alone is worth five stars in my book.  As an added plus the agents always make you feel like you are valuable as a customer so they do their best to resolve any issues you have.  They are my favorite credit card company and I only use other cards places where Discover isn't taken.
