I was having problems with 123 InkJets (I wrote a review on them too). Charges were made to my credit card and no merchandise arrived and I was unable to contact the company. In desperation I called Discover and within minutes they had removed the charges from my card.
I appreciate that there is a live person there 24/7 to help out no matter what the problem. I had to call one time when my son lost our card.... the card was cancelled immediately. Another time when I had sent my payment on time but apparently it did not get there in time and I had finance charges added, I called and they dropped the finance charges. So far they have been easy to work with and have given very good customer service.
