i have been with Discover card for nine years and sometimes they have a low interest plan that lasts only for so many months. When you are trying to save money for other bills, you would like to to have a low interest to make your payments and not something where it takes all of your money. some women are single and they cannot make these high interst payments if they are steadty going up on them. think of this the next time you think about charging high interest on these bills.
