We've used them for 20+ years.  The wide variety of cashback bonus offers are a definite plus.  We used to redeem them for cash, but now mostly for restaurant and Blockbuster coupons...we haven't paid for a movie rental in years, and frequently enjoy free meals compliments of our cashback rewards.

They also call if they feel there might be a security or fraud issue with your card.  On one such occasion it turned out one of our cards had been stolen.  They called before we were even aware that the card was missing.

I can't say enough positive things about them!
