Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe airs Tuesdays at 9pm on The Discovery Channel. Rowe is the perfect host and he "interns" for a day in some of the worst jobs on the planet. He'll spend a day as a roadkill collector, cleaning farm equipment, at a monkey habitat in South Africa - nothing is off limits. — After watching this show, you will really appreciate your own job and the people who do these "dirty jobs" to make your life easier. The jobs featured on this show are filthy, hard and include long hours. — Rowe works side by side with the men and women featured on this series - and… read full review »

Some people may not know but Mike Rowe does the Commentary on Ice Road Truckers and Deadliest Catch as well as doing many Ford commercials he just has a voice that sooth's you and he articulates very well. His natural ability of getting a point across and his many funny moments on Dirty Jobs just fits like a glove. — — Dirty Jobs — — Mike Rowe and his crew will go anywhere at anytime to tackle some of the worlds dirtiest jobs around. Although there are people that do these jobs for a living, Mike Rowe is not afraid to tackle any of them and do his best. I… read full review »

Dirty Jobs is a pretty good show.  It's very educational, and it's certainly entertaining.  It does get a bit disgusting at times, and at some point you'lll probably lose your appetite.  I like Mike Rowe.  He seems to be well suited to host this show; he really gets into what he's doing, and he always tries to have fun with everything he… read full review »

Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe is a very funny, and sometimes gross, but always an interesting show to watch.  Mike Rowe takes on the most nasty, stinky and disgusting jobs in the country, and manages to have a sense of humor while doing… read full review »

This show is great, but sometimes I have to turn the channel.  The ewww factor can get the better of me.  It is so funny how Mike gets into some real messes and does get dirty.  Mike makes this show fun to watch. Makes me very happy with the career choice I have made and I'm not doing some of the stuff shown on Dirty Jobs. —… read full review »

I really do like this show.  It's very informative and often brings up jobs that you never really give a 2nd thought to how this or that is accomplished or that something like that might actually be a real job.  It's a great behind the scenes kind of show.  Plus Mike Rowe is really hot helps… read full review »

Mike's sense of humor and personality really come out in Dirty Jobs! Even though there are gross moments during the show, it makes you really appreciate the people that do the jobs! As long as the show has lasted, I expect to see more from Mike… read full review »

Dirty Jobs hosted by Mike Rowe is one of the best television shows that I have seen in a long time.  Not only does this show entertain viewers, it usually educates viewers on various subjects as well.  — One of the things that is most appealing about this show is Mike Rowe's sense of humor and dedication to his work.  Not many television hosts would willingly put themselves in a position where they know that they will probably make a fool of themselves.  To me, this is part of what makes the show so entertaining.  The other part is the way Mike Rowe… read full review »

Dirty Jobs is a great concept of a show.  Think "How It's Made" with extra dirt on the side.  The host travels to different places around the US and showcase the dirtiest of the dirty jobs.  This ranges from the literal, things like sewage and hog farmers, to things would wouldn't really think about, like cleaning off the bottom of buoys or the insides of hurricane barriers.  The show contains a large showcase of wildlife: african monkeys, alligators, snakes, pigs, and chickens, just to name a few. Dirty Jobs also visits various… read full review »

Dirty Jobs is, in my opinion, one of the best shows on television now. Mike Rowe is hilarious and is the perfect host for this show. He is the first to admit that he is not the most skilled employee, but he gamely attempts anything and everything. He usually fails and /or breaks something but he is always good for a laugh. By the end of the show, you will have learned something about how other people make a living, about how incredibly filthy and disgusting some jobs are, and a new insight into what it takes to work behind the scenes. — — This show is by no means an intellectual… read full review »

it just amazing how one guy name Mike takes risk to go around the world to do jobs that are so dirty he doesnt mind trying. Yes it could be worth trying out jobs but god forbid if you get hurt what will happen to you. how in the world do people get jobs that are so horrible but yet somewhat worth the pay for. Is it really risk taking to do something so harmful to your health or your life. if i was in the position of Mike's dirty work job i do it as well but man it so crazy watching him go through it haha. I wish there was a better and safe way of doing drity work without risking yourself ya… read full review »

This has got to be one of the best TV shows on currently. Mike Rowe is so funny  and actually looks like he is enjoying do his 'jobs'. His commercial with the pig on the pedestal should be a warning to how the show plays. Humorous with a smudge of dirt. I think my favorite one is the pig farmer in Las Vegas. The 'dirty job' factor was a 10 and the 'Funny' factor was right up there. This is a great show. I know I will be watching this show as long as it airs. "Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe" is a very clean show, appropriate for families with the word 'Poo" involved in… read full review »

The funny sarcastic remarks, ironic turn of events (i.e. Mike saying that filling a small bag with rice was something he could do and bam!  the bag and rice fall in mid sentence), and frankly disgusting (and sometimes quite unbelievable) jobs make for entertaining television.  Mike Rowe is a great host.  You could almost imagine the horrible smell and just how gross the job was just by looking at him.  The jobs they feature make you grateful for the "clean" job you have and appreciate the people who actually work these "dirty"… read full review »

— I really enjoy watching Dirty Jobs, It does get alittle gross but I learn alot of stuff. I love laughing at Mike. He seems to love what he does. And when he dont seem to like it he makes a joke about it. He is willing to do about any job out there and asked viewers if they have a dirty job to let him know. He is braver then me, I sure wouldnt wade threw serwers ran with rats and bugs...No thank you!!..lol —… read full review »

If you dont have a good sense of sarcasm you wont get Mike Rowe. This show isnt so much about the dirty jobs as it is a joke played on Mike Rowe and you  get to be in on it. His approaches dont differ much from show to show but he is highly funny and smart and worth listening to.  He knows hes being laughed at and behaves in only a mildly annoyed manner. This show is absolutely a winner in my book. One of the few reality shows worth… read full review »
