Worked great the first time..then was crap!

    Doesn't work well on carpet, Suction power decreases rapidly

This worked great the first time I used it and I thought I bought a steal of a vacuum.  I couldn't have been more wrong!  The suction power is horrible and it will not pullanything off the carpet.
