I hate this vacuum

I bought this vacuum 2 months ago, the first time i used it it worked decently (it was leaving a little dust on the carpet) The second time i used it it wouldn't pick anything up so i checked to see if it was clogged and sure enough all the pet hair that it had picked up the first time i used it was clogged in the hose. I unclogged it thinking that it would now work decently again, but as soon as i turned it on it started shooting dust out of the front of it. My power button aslo gets stuck everytime i turn it on. So now i have to unclog it everytime i use it and deal with it spitting the dust everywhere because i spent 80 dollars on it and don't have the extra money to buy a different one.

there is a warranty. cant you return it your defective vac and either get your money back or swap for another vac? It worries me when people complain about a vac under warranty but keep it? Is it that the company or the purchasing store wont honor the warranty?
