This unit is very dirty to use and clean.Not only that,It constantly plugs up and at that point blows dirt back out on the carpet I'm trying to clean.I'll not be buying another dirt devil product.i wouldn't even feel god giving this one away for free. jps

This is by far the worst mini vacuum I have ever used. I wanted a portable small vac that also had the hand held option. I just wanted it for picking up cat litter around the boxes and light dust or dirt at clients' homes. What I got was the worst piece of plastic junk ever. Once I got it out of box you only have to attach the sweeping bottom to the handle. It was so hard to get it to assemble. Even my husband struggled to put the two pieces together. After charging I immediately tried to pick up a very small amount of cat litter and it did not pick up and it also blew some of it back towards my feet. Needless to say it went right back to the store fully assembled since we couldn't get it back apart without possibly breaking it. I was and still am stunned that Dirt Devil would make this piece of junk. Maneuverability It moved easliy but did not want to pick up. Ease of Maintenance Cheaply built so scared to clean too much. Suction Performance I don't think this vacuum knows what suction is. Versatility The idea is a great one. Now they need to build it better. Design Nice design but they need to build a better one that isn't so flimsy and cheap. Durability Laughing at this point. This vacuum is horrible.
