We needed a hand-held vacuum, so I immediately ordered a blue Kone. I loved the way it looked (very cool-looking) and couldn't wait to receive it. After using it for the very first time, we fell in hate with it. The shape is very asthetically pleasing, but nearly impossible to grab hold of for those quick pick-up jobs. At the very least, rubber grips should've been added to make it easier to hold. It's also very difficult to get into proper charging position. You have to keep playing with it and hope to eventually get it in the right spot (you know it's there when a small blue light turns on.)

All in all, we hate this product and wish we hadn't spent money on it. By the way, I've written to the company about this several times and have never heard back from them.
